Frequently Asked Questions
What is the minimum for a custom order?
Screen printing starts at 25 pieces for one color and 50 pieces for two colors. DTF transfers, heat vinyl and sublimation have no minimum, so a single piece is fine.
Can I bring my own shirts?
Yes. We accept customer-supplied blanks for screen printing, DTF, heat vinyl and embroidery.
How long does a custom order take?
Custom orders often need blanks ordered in, and anything that needs design or editing work takes longer than our store items. Call 336.573.1225 or email sales@oyster-creek.com before ordering and we will give you a time. If you need it by a specific date, tell us when you order and we will let you know if we can meet it.
Can you design my shirt for me?
Yes. Choose "No, I need them designed for me" on the form and tell us everything about your idea. A sketch, a photo or a sample helps.
Do you ship custom orders?
Yes. We ship nationally, and local pickup at 250 The Blvd. in Eden, NC is always free.
