Agreement to These Terms
These terms apply to every order placed on www.oyster-creek.com and to orders placed by phone, email or in our shop. By placing an order, you agree to these terms, our Shipping Policy, our Return & Refund Policy and our Privacy Policy.
Who We Are
Oyster Creek Enterprises, Inc. is a personalized gift studio and custom print shop at 250 The Blvd. in Eden, North Carolina. We make personalized gifts, photo products, signs and custom apparel, most of them made to order.
Orders
- Your order is accepted when we confirm it by email. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is unavailable or a price was listed in error. If we cancel, we refund anything you paid.
- Please check names, dates, spelling and sizes before you check out. We make your order exactly as submitted.
- Cancellations follow our Return & Refund Policy.
Prices and Payment
- All prices are in US dollars. Sales tax is added where required.
- Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
- Shipping charges are shown at checkout. Local pickup at our Eden shop is always free.
Personalized Orders and Your Photos
- When you send us a photo, logo, design or text, you confirm that you own it or have permission to use it.
- We print the image you send as-is. If you need anything other than a print of the image you send, contact us at 336.573.1225 or sales@oyster-creek.com before ordering.
- Photos with low resolution or poor lighting will print that way.
- We may decline any order whose content we believe infringes someone else’s rights or is offensive or unlawful, and we will refund your payment.
Colors and Appearance
Colors on your screen may look different from the finished product, and shirt and fabric colors can vary slightly between batches. Because items are made to order, small variations in placement and finish are normal.
Production, Shipping and Pickup
Processing times, shipping methods and pickup details are in our Shipping Policy. For local pickup, please wait for our call or email saying your order is ready.
Returns and Refunds
Personalized items are made just for you and can’t be returned unless they arrive damaged, defective or with our error. Stock items can be returned within 14 days, by mail or in person at our shop. Full details are in our Return & Refund Policy.
Our Designs and Content
The designs, photos and text on this website belong to Oyster Creek Enterprises or to the artists we work with, including the designers in our Local Artist Collection. Please don’t copy or reuse them without our written permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent the law allows, our responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather or other events outside our control. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under North Carolina or federal law.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed. The terms in effect when you place an order apply to that order.
