Frequently Asked Questions
Is there a minimum order for custom t-shirts?
No minimum for DTF, heat vinyl or sublimation, so one shirt is fine. Screen printing starts at 25 pieces for a one-color design and 50 pieces for two or more colors, and the price per shirt drops as the quantity goes up.
Can I order just one custom shirt?
Yes. One shirt with a name, a photo or your own design is printed with DTF, heat vinyl or sublimation, with no minimum. Call 336.573.1225 or come by 250 The Blvd. in Eden.
How long do custom t-shirts take?
Shirts from our online store are usually ready the same day to 2 business days. Custom orders that need design work, or blanks we have to order in, take longer, so tell us your date when you order and we will let you know if we can meet it.
What is the difference between screen printing and DTF?
Screen printing pushes ink through a screen onto the shirt and costs the least per piece on larger runs of simple designs. DTF (direct to film) prints the design on a film and heat presses it on, which suits small orders and full-color, detailed art.
Can you match shirt colors from infant to adult?
Yes. We carry Rabbit Skins infant and toddler shirts and LAT youth and adult shirts from the same brand family, so the color on a baby onesie matches the adult XL. It is popular for family reunions, youth teams and church groups.
Can you help with the design?
Yes. Bring an idea, a sketch or a logo file and we will work it into a print-ready design. Design fees depend on the work involved, so ask us for a quote.
What shirt brands do you carry?
Gildan, Next Level, Cotton Heritage, LAT and Rabbit Skins for shirts and fleece, and Richardson, Yupoong and Toad MFG for hats. We can order other brands on request.
Do you ship custom t-shirts, or can I pick them up?
Both. We ship nationally, and local pickup at 250 The Blvd. in Eden is free.
