How do I add my name to a garden flag?
Pick your design, then type exactly what you want on it (a family name, an initial or a short message) in the personalization box when you order. We set it in the design for you before printing. Some flags also have a choice to make, such as Welcome or your name; pick it in the options on that flag's page.
Can I put my own photo or design on a garden flag?
Yes, with our Personalized Garden Flag. Once you check out, a link on the receipt page lets you upload your photo to us. We print the image you send as-is. If you need anything other than a print of the image you send, contact us at 336.573.1225 or sales@oyster-creek.com before ordering.
Can I get a sports flag in my team's colors?
Yes. The Personalized Football Garden Flag, the realistic Football Stadium Edition, the Wrestling Garden Flag, the realistic Wrestling Mat Room Edition, the Basketball Garden Flag (male or female player), the realistic Basketball Gym Edition, the Volleyball Garden Flag and the Cross Country & Track Garden Flag are all made in your team colors. In the personalization box, tell us the team or school name, the athlete's name, the number, weight class or class year, and your team colors.
Does the design read the right way from both sides?
Yes. Our garden flags are double-sided, with a blackout liner between the two sides, so the design reads correctly from both directions and does not show through.
What size are the flags, and is a stand included?
Every flag is 12 x 18 inches (plus or minus 1/2 inch, since they are hand sewn). The top sleeve fits a standard garden flag stand. The stand is not included.
How long will my flag take?
Garden flags are usually ready the same day to 3 business days. If you need it by a certain date, tell us your date when you order and we will let you know if we can meet it.
Do you ship, or can I pick up in Eden?
Both. We ship nationally, and local pickup at 250 The Blvd. in Eden, NC is always free.
